letsbuywith is a free group-buy tool for Singapore. You share one link, buyers order and pay you by PayNow, and you track payments and collection in one place. Here is the rest.
letsbuywith is a free group-buy tool for Singapore. An organiser shares one link; buyers pick quantities and see their total, and every order gets a PayNow QR with the exact amount and a reference code already in it. Orders, payments and collection are tracked in one place instead of a chat thread and a spreadsheet.
No. The PayNow QR points at your account, so the money goes from your buyer to you. We're not a payment company and we never sit in the middle.
It's free, and we take no cut of your sales. We may roll out more advanced features as paid add-ons later, but what you sign up to today stays free.
Then start with one item and ten people you know. The setup is two steps, and if you get stuck you can send us a note from your dashboard and we'll reply quickly.
The work in a group buy is chasing payment and sorting bags. Both of those are what this does. Setting up the sale itself takes about fifteen minutes.
By PayNow, straight to you. Each order shows a QR that any Singapore banking app can scan, with the amount and a unique reference filled in. Buyers can upload a screenshot of their transfer, and you mark the order paid with one tap once you see the money.
Yes. Your store can take PayNow to a mobile number or to a UEN, so a society, club or small business can collect into its own account.
No. Buyers open your link, fill in their name and contact details, and order. There is no account or app to install.
Anything you order in bulk and hand out: mooncakes for Mid-Autumn, Chinese New Year goodies, fruit by the carton, groceries for a condo, merchandise for a school, alumni or interest group. You set the items, prices, closing date and collection points.
Yes. Set a minimum and buyers pledge first without paying. Once orders reach the minimum, everyone is asked to pay; if the sale closes short, the pledges are cancelled and everyone is told.
Yes. Give an item a stock limit and it stops taking orders once that many have been ordered.
Buyer pages and emails are available in English and Simplified Chinese, and a buyer can switch language on the page.
They stay in your store, visible only to you, and we keep them only as long as they're needed. Order details are removed 12 months after the sale closes. If a buyer chooses to save their details for faster checkout, we keep them while they keep ordering, and remove them after 2 years without an order — or the moment they ask. We don't sell or share them.
You'll see a flag on that order telling you the amount changed, and what to check before you mark it paid. Buyers can edit until they pay.
